2010 05 25 Exam Finished

Yes…. My Exam finished!
No need to struggle!

From day to day, i was dreaming in my bed...
What is the question that will coming out!

It is most properly... my 6 sense is accurate!
But the problem is.. I dont know what is the question asking..
such as, an college wish to implement a new IT System ... etc,

Outline the plan?

I answer according " What is planning stage involve"
My answer include :-
1) Specification of Hardware & Software
2) Cost Plan
3) Authorisation Plan
4) Schedule Plan

My friend, Desmond, he answer the stages involve in life cycle, Maylor 4 D

Another stuggle question ...
Explain the approach for Finance Manager in negotiation stage...

Shall i write the process of negotiation? or how to manage the negotiation?

My answer as,
Stages involve :-
1) Preparation
2) Opening
3) Bargaining
According to Thomas model, he state the way to manage conflicts, AVOID, COMPETING FORCE, COMPROMISE, COLLABORATION, TEAM.
In this case, it is advise Finance Manager to use the COLLABORATION, as to reach WIN-WIN Situation!
4) Closing
Agreement must be drafted & sign.

Hopefully, I can pass!
As discuss with Desmond, most properly we can score more than 50%.

2010 05 24 My Blood Test

I went to blood test.

The unfriendly DR LAU, he say “It is your life, you decide want to do bone marrow now or hold another 3 months, or hold for a year!”
He sound like blaming..
I told him that I did ultrasound at Clinic, due to the appointment was full in ULTRASOUND Dept
He blame that “Clinic report cannot be trust! I need you to do again here!”

From his word, it looks like unprofessional compare to Dr Ong or others.
I wonder he is a new doctor or not because this is the 1st time I meet him.
From the mouth of nurse, he is servicing this industry for long time.

While I am waiting for the schedule my next appointment date,
I jot down some of my result.
The nurse is so nice that, she ask me take back if you want.

My report show an improvement on Hemoglobin

I start my 1st medication 23.05.10
After a day, my hemoglobin show an improvement of 0.3, and 3 abnormal items, where it is slighyly different with standard had back to normal. However my platelet still remains the same.
It is a good sign. Small improvement meant to me!

Exam is coming soon.... TUES

TQ so much that...
I meet some GOOD GUY... being advice for my exam..

1) My Senior Manager, she share some of notes & teach exam techniques,
Her Advise "TIME MANAGEMENT, MUST FINISHED ALL QUESTION, MUST PROVIDE EXAMPLES, IF POSSIBLE QUOTE THE PERSON..USE DARK PEN, ETC)

2) An indian guy is watching at us.. & laugh at us.. I am wondering... do we know him? Desmond reply, if he is a girl then I will have intention to considering who is him.. It is my pleasure, to meet an India guy, he is a CIMA lecturer before. Currently he is incharge of learning & development. He design for the new syllabus.

While, this guy is really expert. He teach us, the way of answering question. Don't write rubish. If they want you "Identify / Describe", dont waste time for giving defination. Markers wont give any marks.. & others techniques.

3) Today lunch with my senior exec at McD, she sharing some useful information with me.

Thanks god! I hope I will pass this time!

我的药方！


林医师的字体蛮美的！ 看不出是男生的字体！
连药材店的老板都猜到。。

我看不懂那是什么东西。。
只知道，它能清凉，排毒，排去我体内的热气！

林医师说我的身体比较热,还有一点点的发烧！
他要我服用两星期， 喝两天，停一天。
林医师说 “6碗水煲成1碗水，大约1.5小时。
你先去药材店买两副药，试一试 ，
如有不舍，随时email我 。”

每天喝一杯红萝卜 + 一/两种水果打果汁，
吃多点水果，沙拉，特别是红萝卜
还有小麦草。

他还安慰我，我会尽我能力帮忙你。
不用怕！
两个星期后，我会开一个补血药方，
一个月后，你在去验血。
如果没进展，我会叫我马来西亚的老师帮助你。。
在不能，我带你到广州找我的老师！

他真的是个大好人！
小时候的我，盼望我的白马王子是可以为我辽伤，
可是去那里找？
还是回到现实吧！

由于上次忘记问他的收费。。
这次一定不能犯错。
林医师拍拍我的肩膀，小问题，不用计较。不需付。

第一次煲苦药，
我以为煲久点，效果特别好。。
我大错特错！结果是烧焦 ：（

喝了两天，两 – 三小时就拉肚子。
奇怪的是我竟然失眠。

今天上班还打瞌睡。

Today is very free...

I guess I have learn almost 70% ..
But i still need to practice more...
Practice Make Perfect!

She able to help me for apply the EXAM LEAVE...

At 5.30pm, she told me that she will having a APPRAISAL with me on MONDAY!
Oh... Hope she still satisfy my performance!

This is my 1st time being preparing CLOSING ACCOUNTS.
It is totally different with the FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS

Majority of work is to do analysis & preparing reports.
The analysis part is so taught!
I am so sleepy when my colleague is guiding me…
I am almost fall in sleep..

I learned – Pass Journal, Run Inventory Tag, Preparing Inventory Report, Adjustment on stocks, etc.
When I still have many things to learn, perhaps tomorrow is the final closing date.

I’m very tiring for my work
But You really brighten my day! My Dearest Lai Fun

Due to no dating...
My brother wish to go back on FRIDAY Night..
We decided to go home...

& I would like to thanks LAI FUN, being sincerely invite a date with me...
Sorry that I can't make it!

I plan to celebrate with colleagues..
Due to last minutes I go to buy, there is no 1kg cakes...
Therefore, i buy 2 cakes @ 500 g... Cheese Cake & Green Tea Cake

I buy some Kuih...
Luckily the cakes just enough for all...
My malays colleague treat us ROTI CANAI...
But we cannot finished it!

There do not sing a song to me.. & nothing special day...

I bring the Cheese cake back to Kampar
& We celebrate in my sister home (IPOH)
We dont eat nice food..
But just a very delicious food for me... got famous “猪长粉”, “炒果条” and " “糯米饭”

We went to Jusco & I buy a blouse for my mum...
It is very tiring weekend...

& I was super sleepy on monday morning...
My colleagues is very expert in excel formula.. she is like playing magic...
But my brain.. is dreaming.... Like Alice in Wonderland...
